Paul H. Grinde

Rochester, Minnesota

For over 30 years I have worked with clients helping them through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, trial and litigation to resolve their legal issues. I work with small to mid-size businesses and business owners, construction contractors, construction sub-contractors, individuals and families. I have experience to help clients in business matters, contract negotiation and enforcement, collection issues, real estate disputes, boundary disputes, mechanic’s liens, construction issues and estate and probate trials. I represent clients at trial and in negotiations, mediation and arbitration. My experience allows me to advise clients with an eye towards avoiding disputes. However, if trial or litigation is required, I have the practical experience to represent my clients in court.

I am a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral and conduct both mediations and arbitrations. Our facilities and office space are designed for multiple party dispute resolution. I also am available to travel to other mediation and arbitration sites.
